Do I need any special equipment?

You'll need a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, a strap, and a blanket. We provide a detailed equipment guide upon registration with recommendations for each item.

What if I can't attend all the live sessions?

All sessions are recorded and available for 12 months after the course ends, so you can catch up on any classes you miss. However, we encourage attending live whenever possible for personalized feedback.

I have a physical limitation/injury. Can I still participate?

Yes! Our instructors are trained to provide modifications for most physical limitations. Please inform us of any concerns during registration, and we'll discuss how best to support your practice.

What happens after I complete this course?

Graduates of the Foundations course receive a 15% discount on our Intermediate Practice course, which is a natural next step. You'll also have the skills to join many of our specialized workshops and regular classes.
