You'll need a yoga mat, two blocks, a strap, a blanket, and a yoga wheel if possible (though not mandatory). We also recommend having wall space available for inversion practice.
For optimal progress, we recommend 3-4 additional practice sessions per week of 30-60 minutes each. The course includes guidance on structuring these self-practice sessions.
This course focuses primarily on developing your personal practice. While you'll gain knowledge that will inform your teaching, if you're specifically looking to teach advanced asana, we recommend our "Teaching Advanced Postures" course as a follow-up.
