How advanced do I need to be to join this course?

You should have at least one year of consistent yoga practice and be comfortable with fundamental poses like Chaturanga, Wheel Pose, and basic arm balances like Crow. We'll assess your current level before enrollment to ensure the course is appropriate for you.

What if I have injuries or limitations?

While this is an advanced course, our instructors are skilled at providing modifications. During the application process, please inform us of any injuries or limitations so we can determine if this course is suitable for you or recommend alternatives.

What equipment will I need?

You'll need a yoga mat, two blocks, a strap, a blanket, and a yoga wheel if possible (though not mandatory). We also recommend having wall space available for inversion practice.

How much practice time should I commit outside of classes?

For optimal progress, we recommend 3-4 additional practice sessions per week of 30-60 minutes each. The course includes guidance on structuring these self-practice sessions.

Will this course prepare me for teaching advanced poses?

This course focuses primarily on developing your personal practice. While you'll gain knowledge that will inform your teaching, if you're specifically looking to teach advanced asana, we recommend our "Teaching Advanced Postures" course as a follow-up.
