Yes, our program is fully registered with Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour teacher training. Upon completion, you'll be eligible to register as an RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level).
You don't need to be advanced, but we recommend at least 1 year of consistent practice. More important than being able to perform advanced poses is having a dedicated practice and a sincere interest in deepening your knowledge and sharing yoga with others.
Our program combines live Zoom sessions (primarily on weekends) with pre-recorded lessons, reading materials, and assignments. You'll have regular interaction with faculty and peers, teaching practice opportunities, and personalized feedback. While the format is flexible, full participation in live sessions is strongly encouraged.
You can pay in full ($899) or choose our payment plan: $299 deposit followed by 3 monthly payments of $233 (total $998). We also offer scholarships for a limited number of qualified applicants with financial need.
