Do I need to be an advanced yoga practitioner to enroll?

You don't need to be advanced, but we recommend at least 1 year of consistent practice. More important than being able to perform advanced poses is having a dedicated practice and a sincere interest in deepening your knowledge and sharing yoga with others.

How is the online format structured?

Our program combines live Zoom sessions (primarily on weekends) with pre-recorded lessons, reading materials, and assignments. You'll have regular interaction with faculty and peers, teaching practice opportunities, and personalized feedback. While the format is flexible, full participation in live sessions is strongly encouraged.

What is the payment structure?

You can pay in full ($899) or choose our payment plan: $299 deposit followed by 3 monthly payments of $233 (total $998). We also offer scholarships for a limited number of qualified applicants with financial need.

What is the application process?

After registering interest, you'll complete a brief application sharing your yoga background and goals. We'll then schedule a short video interview to ensure the program aligns with your needs. This process helps create a cohesive, committed group of trainees.

Will I be ready to teach after completing this program?

Yes! Our program is designed to prepare you to teach confidently from day one. You'll graduate with several ready-to-teach class plans, practical teaching experience, and the skills to create your own sequences for different levels and styles.
